Your monster has four base attributes that affect many elements of gameplay. While some are more important than others, depending on the role of a monster, all attributes benefit all monsters in some way.
- Strength: This ability affects a monster's health, his ability to hurt other monsters, and represents his imposing presence. Warriors and Leaders rely heavily on strength
- Authority: This attribute represents a monsters ability to command and frighten others, their perception (as every grunt knows, authoritative monsters always seem to know if they are off task), and the monster's ability to communicate. Shaman and Leaders are often authoritarian.
- Agility: This attribute represents a monster's ability to effectively use a weapon, dodge from a crushing boulder, stitch a wound, or summon a spell. Warriors and Shaman often rely on agility.
- Energy: This attribute represents a monster's magical connection to the world, and his influence over the natural forces of the world. Energy also affects how quickly you heal. Shaman, Builders, and magical monsters heavily depend on their energy.
